MyBoss
Overview
A startup with its site set on bringing workforce and shift schedule management towards the future, the founders of MyBoss wanted to create a simple and intuitive user experience to facilitate workforce communication within small businesses. We worked with MyBoss to develop a brand and product enabling both employers and employees to have real time accessibility to information regarding day to day operations. The name MyBOSS is an acronym for My Back Office Simple Solution. The use of the term Boss was chosen to empower the employee to keep on top of their work schedule. While the application will be marketed initially to the hospitality industry, the symbol of a suit and tie aims to evoke a sense of professionalism and proprietorship.
